Returns + Exchanges

At MNF Paris, your satisfaction is our priority. While we hope you love every product, we
understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary.
Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
● Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
● Returns are not accepted for opened fragrances due to hygiene and safety reasons
unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
● Fragrances that have been opened or sprayed
● Free gifts or promotional items
● Custom or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full
refund based on your preference.
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at info@mnfperfume.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will share return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.
4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges (if any) are
non-refundable unless due to our error.
